☕ Specialty coffee chains start around RM5.20 (ZUS) — pricier than convenience stores but still under RM7 for a basic Americano.
☕ Overall spread: RM2.90 to RM18.80 — a 6.5x gap between a 7-Eleven Americano and a premium espresso drink.
☕ Median price across all 80 verified prices: RM10.49.
☕ This first dataset is based on 80 prices verified on 3 August 2026, with primary sources from the official 7-Eleven and FamilyMart apps.

All prices were manually verified on 3 August 2026 from primary sources — the official 7-Eleven (CAFé) and FamilyMart apps, official menus, and verified price reports. Delivery prices (foodpanda/GrabFood) are excluded from averages because they carry a ~20–25% platform markup. Every price carries its verified date and full source. Read the full methodology.
